Ranked the #2 Hyundai Sales Representative in the United States was Ron Dortone Sr. A veteran of 10 years with Modern, Ron began focusing extensively on the Hyundai product line this past year. Throughout his career he has excelled at understanding the needs of his customers and expressing the value that a relationship with Modern and its product lines can bring to their businesses. Sam Maury has been with Modern for a decade and 2017 marks his second consecutive year being honored by Hyundai, this year coming in #4 in the nation. Sam is the product manager for Hyundai at Modern and has been instrumental at developing large municipal fleet and contract accounts. Through Sam's leadership Modern's stature as a heavy equipment sales and service operation has grown remarkable since the company reentered that business in 2015.

Total Team Work Turnaround

    A group of seasoned Modern Equipment & Supply technicians recently completed a total off-chassis rebuild and re-certification of a Paxton Mitchell under-bridge inspection crane in Edison, NJ. This was a complete tear down, they replaced every pin and bolt on the machine. They replaced all hydraulic hoses, fittings and repacking numerous cylinders. Once reassembly was completed we dropped it off for a fresh coat of paint, then shipped to our customer. This machine looks brand new off the line and ready to be put into service by our customer. We couldn't be prouder of our techs for delivering such speed and skill on this project! The Honor Roll:

          Modern Named 2018 MHEDA MVP

          We are happy to announce that Modern has been awarded the 2018 Most Valuable Partner Award from Material Handling Equipment Distributors Association (MHEDA), a trade association for the material handling industry.
